B&B Guests’ breakfast menu allows guests to create their own ideal package. Guests will be issued with a ticket upon check in with their breakfast total. This can be traded in the morning at the above rate.

*self-catered units (Maderas Wood Cabin) don’t include breakfast. Can be added at a discounted rate.

We priorize Seasonal, sustainable, locally sourced and fairly paid:

Our eggs come delivered fresh from a local family down the road;

Our jackfruit, cactus, herbs, salads, coconuts, and many other ingredients come right from our farm and gardens.

Our bread is baked right here at Selvista by our kitchen team.

Our jams, pestos, and hot sauces are all made here in the Selvista kitchen.

We make our own yogurt (when local milk is in supply).

Local farmers from Las Cuchillas or Magdalena supply our coffee and then it’s roasted and ground here at the farm.

We always buy and use fresh and local when available, without compromising on quality.
