Reserving and cancelling services
We use well trained and trusted service providers that will arrive on time, deliver quality services and if there is an issue with a guide or vehicle we will find you a replacement for the same or lesser cost so that your trip will not have any unwanted disruptions.
Once we have confirmed a reserved service we honor it. We ask you to do the same. Reserving a guide or vehicle means that people will turn down other requests. Should you cancel the guides lose their potential income for that day.
With this in mind we advise you that cancellations incur a cancellation charge of $20 while less than 14 days remain until the reservation date, and the full price shall be charged if cancelled with an hour or less until the reserved time (no-show). There is a cooling off period of an hour for services that are booked
In peak seasons (all national holidays, 20 Dec - 5 Jan, and Easter week) the grace period is shorter; reservations within 21 days of the service start date may be charged.
By implementing a cancellation charge, we ensure that our partners receive a fair share of the income they depend on.
